Informational purpose
The information on this site is provided for general informational and project intake purposes. It is not a binding offer, a quote, a price, a contract, or professional construction advice. No contractor-client relationship is formed by submitting an inquiry or scheduling a call. Any work undertaken by KSC requires a separately signed written contract specifying scope, price, schedule, and other material terms.
Project photographs and case studies
Photographs and project descriptions on this site depict work completed by King Stud Contracting. They are shown for illustrative purposes and are not a representation that any specific outcome can be achieved on a different project. Every build-out is subject to its own site conditions, code requirements, landlord requirements, and design parameters.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract content from the site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our hosting infrastructure, or any connected systems.
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
- Reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of site content without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photographs, logos, brand marks, designs, layout, and the King Stud Contracting name and crown emblem — is the property of King Stud Contracting or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. Third-party brand logos shown on the Portfolio and Partners pages remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify projects KSC has completed on their behalf.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without express written permission from King Stud Contracting.
Third-party services
The site embeds or links to third-party services including Calendly (scheduling), Netlify (hosting and forms), and Google Workspace (email and analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. KSC is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." KSC makes no warranties — express or implied — about the operation of the site, the accuracy of information, the availability of any service, or the suitability of KSC for any particular project. To the maximum extent allowed by law, KSC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, King Stud Contracting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. In no event will KSC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site exceed one hundred dollars (USD $100).
This limitation does not apply to obligations under any separately signed construction contract between KSC and a client. Those obligations are governed by the contract itself.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KSC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any third-party right.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
